Online advance ticketing has been updated! Here are some answers to FAQ
How far in advance can I purchase tickets? You may purchase tickets for any film with a scheduled showtime. Use the drop down menu on the Showtimes page to see what days are available
How close to showtime can I order tickets online? With our new system, tickets are available right up to showtime.
When and where can I pick up my tickets? You may pick up your tickets any time during theater hours, either at the lobby kiosk, the box offce or the concession stand. The theater opens 1/2 hour before the first show of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last show. You must have the credit card used to purchase the tickets or a copy of the confirmation page in order to pick up your tickets.
Can I buy tickets for a film that has not opened? Yes, as long as it has a scheduled showtime.
I receive your schedule by e-mail. Can I buy tickets right then? Yes! follow the link at the end of the description.
Will everything at The Triplex be available for advance ticketing online? Some special presentations may not be available online. But we anticipate that all of our regular programming will be.
